Henry Lawson Birthsite
Henry Lawson was born in a tent on a stormy night in 1867 on the claim mined by his parents. The birth site now features BBQ facilities, a turn around for caravans and motorhomes and is close to the off leash park where you can exercise your dogs.
The Blue Church
The church was built in 1887 and was moved by volunteer labour to its present site in 1916 on land donated by the Pereira family. Occasional services are still held in the church including local weddings.
