You are invited to discover Goulburn’s historic cemeteries on this self-guided tour. Many historic cemeteries are dotted throughout Goulburn and the surrounding villages and hamlets, including a Jewish cemetery. Goulburn is the location that many people arrive when researching their family history. The Local Studies Room at the Goulburn Mulwaree Library and the Archives held at St Clair Folk Museum are also useful resources for researchers.

In addition, Captain William Hovell’s grave is located in St Saviour’s cemetery and The Durack family graves (from Kings in Grass Castles) can be found in the Mortis Street Cemetery.
