We like to think we do things a little differently, from our intimate tasting rooms ranging from a mid-1800s school house to today’s architectural wonders where you’ll often meet the winemakers and share their passion.

The range in temperature, vineyard elevations, soil types and the careful influence of the winemakers skill and individual character help to shape the refined, unique qualities of the final product.

Wet springs and dry autumns mean long slow ripening – cool climate wines with true depth of flavour in spicy and elegant reds and pure, subtle, complex and intense whites. We’re also producing different wines, from our ‘classics’ of Reisling, Cabernet, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Pinot Noir to Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Viognier and Tempranillo that are distinctive of our region.

Our wine combines perfectly with food, from the local produce and smokehouse creations of Poachers Pantry to creative wood-fired pizza at Four Winds, Flint at Shaw Vineyard, Bistro at Surveyor’s Hill, delicious antipasti plates at Yarrh Wines, cheeses at Gallagher Wines and tasteful treats at the Epicurian Centre Gundaroo.
